Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Position Details
- Work Schedule: Preferred 4-day workweek, with a minimum of 10 shifts per month, including alternating weekends.
- Shift Timing: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 5
- Patient Ratios: Not applicable
- Staffing: Unit secretaries and tech availability
- Equipment: Cath Lab equipment and supplies
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Floating Policy: No floating
- Patient Experience Requirements: Zero tolerance for issues related to patient experience
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols within the Cath Lab.
- Assist in performing procedures related to Cath, Electrophysiology (EP), and Interventional Radiology (IR).
- Ensure compliance with patient experience standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab and Electrophysiology preferred
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required
- Skills: Advanced skills in Cath and EP procedures
