Job Summary
Bowling Green, KY Cardiac Cath Lab position supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. The role participates in a collaborative procedure team, provides patient care during scheduled cases, and supports related outpatient stress testing activities.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts are 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required. Radiologic technologists must hold valid ARRT and RCIS certifications, as well as Kentucky radiologic technologist licensure. Candidates must have at least 2 years of similar Cardiac Cath Lab experience and 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab travel experience.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include diagnostic and interventional procedures such as left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, transesophageal echocardiograms, cardioversion, pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, tilt-table testing, and stress testing. Call coverage is required one weekend per month and 12 days per week. The role may support outpatient stress testing, and solid-color scrubs are required. The procedure area features recently introduced electrophysiology equipment.
