🏥 Position Highlights

Behavioral Health RN – adolescent population

Facility specializes in adolescents with complex behavioral and medical needs

Pediatric experience is REQUIRED

Rotating weekends

Orientation: First week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours)

EMR: HCS

Locals are accepted at the same rate

Nurses will be trained in Handle with Care during orientation

Active RN license

Valid driver's license

BLS required

ACLS preferred

Pediatric experience required

Behavioral healthcare experience preferred (2 years preferred, but not required)
👩⚕️ Patient Population
Patients may have complex medical and behavioral needs, including conditions such as:

Seizures

Diabetes
-
Feeding tubes
-
Pica
-
Other medical conditions requiring specialized behavioral healthcare
The facility generally has 2 nurses on nights, although staffing may sometimes be 1 nurse. There is no official nurse-to-patient ratio.
