Position: Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team. Supervise and support nursing assistants and other caregiving staff. Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations. Foster a positive and compassionate environment for residents and families. Work weekend shifts and enjoy more weekdays off ? Baylor differential pay - AM and PM doubles for Saturday and Sunday but paid for 40 hours. ? Full-time benefits eligibility ? Current Washington State RN license in good standing Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care Competitive Pay - AM and PM doubles for Saturday and Sunday but paid for 40 hours. ?
