Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Start: ASAP WSi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, but the team is also open to considering part-time nurses based on availability. This is a strong opportunity for an RN with home health experience who is comfortable working independently in the field and completing Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation. Responsibilities

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) visits and recertifications
• Perform patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Review and complete required clinical documentation
• Assist with chart review and ongoing care coordination
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding patient needs and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
