Position Highlights
- $42.39–$80.60/hour based on experience
- Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus based on commitment
- Relocation assistance available
- Full-time: 36 hours/week
- Day shift: 7 AM–7:30 PM or Night shift: 7 PM–7:30 AM
- Every other weekend; rotating holidays
- No on-call requirement
- Unionized hospital with additional shift and resource differentials
Float across multiple departments, including Med/Surg, ICU, ED, PACU, MICU, and Women & Infant Services.
Requirements
- 1+ year of recent acute-care experience
- Experience in at least 2 acute-care units
- Current Washington RN or Compact RN license
- BLS certification
- ASN accepted; BSN preferred
- ICU or ED experience required without previous float experience
