Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Facility: R162725 Practice Supervisor - RN - Interventional Radiology Clinic (Open) How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare: The RN Practice Supervisor provides clinical and operational leadership for practice-based teams, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient operations. This role supports staff development, customer satisfaction, and performance outcomes through effective supervision and coordination of services. The RN Practice Supervisor Leads, organizes, and coordinates clinical and operational activities to support high-quality patient care. Supervises clinical and office staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Facilitates conflict resolution and addresses customer service concerns. Provides direct staffing support as needed to ensure continuity of care. Develops and manages staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and resource utilization. Coordinates daily operations, prioritizes work, and assigns staff responsibilities. Ensures a safe, therapeutic environment and monitors quality and appropriateness of care. Promotes staff development through training, education, and performance feedback. Maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensures compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards. Graduate of a registered nurse program required. Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required. Ability to manage priorities and support team performance. 69,721.60 - $104,582.40 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
