Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of recent acute care Telemetry experience
- Active TN RN license
- BLS, ACLS & NIHSS Certifications required
- Must have EPIC experience.
- 2 Supervisory References (within the last 2 years)
- Valid Driver’s License
- COVID Card
- Flu Shot
Pay Rate:
- $50.00/hr (Taxable) both day & night shifts
- Pay Per shift: $600
