Nurse Manager Medical ICU

Job Summary: The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse will perform as an independent and interdependent member of the health care team, in managing the care of the patient. The Nurse Practitioner assumes care of patients within a specific patient population, in collaboration with a physician. The Nurse Practitioner utilizes evidence‐based care guidelines to ensure excellent care and appropriate utilization of healthcare resources. Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program; Current state license for Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred. Certain departments or specialties may require additional experience as a nurse or Nurse Practitioner. Ability to collaborate with intra‐interdepartmental team members, along with community organizations or members.
