Job description
Novant Health seeks a Local Resource Team Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across units within our integrated healthcare system. The RN will assess and prioritize patient needs, administer treatments and medications, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include documenting in the EHR, supporting patient and family education, and adapting quickly to varying clinical environments while upholding our mission of diversity, inclusion, and health equity.
