ShareSTAFF is seeking a local contract nurse RN Psychiatric for a local contract nursing job in Concord, New Hampshire.

Resource Nurse duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Oversee the units and serve as a resource to nursing staff in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and caring environment on the units and throughout the hospital, by conducting frequent rounds through the 11-7 shift.
2. Act as a role model for the delivery of safe and therapeutic nursing care.
3. Identify and communicate clinical and administrative concerns to Executive Nursing Leadership and/or the Executive on Call.
4. Initiate the NHH Emergency Preparedness Plan and Patient Care Services Continuity of Operations Plans when needed in emergency situations.
5. Monitor staff adherence to the Policies and Standards of NHH and NHH Department of Nursing.
6 Monitor staffing throughout the hospital.
7.Demonstrate positive leadership.
