**Join Our Dynamic ICU Team as an RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position Title:** Travel RN: ICU (7A-7P) - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 - **Weekend Requirement:** Every other weekend - **Call Requirements:** None **Unit Profile:** - **Department/Cost Center:** ICU - **Trauma Level:** IV - **Number of Openings:** 1 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:3 (ICU) - **Equipment Used:** Mindray, Omnicell - **EHR System:** Meditech - **Supervisor:** Carol Storto, RN, BSN **Role Overview:** - Provide exceptional care in a lower ICU volume setting. - Willingness to assist with Stepdown (Intermediate), Telemetry, and MedSurg patients when ICU capacity allows. - Opportunity to work closely with a highly skilled and collaborative team! **Qualifications:** - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - At least 1 year of nursing experience - BLS and ACLS certifications - **Preferred Skills:** - General ICU experience - Experience with cardiac drips - **Common Diagnoses Treated:** - DKA, ARF, CHF, CAD **Candidate Profile:** - Flexible and willing to lend a hand to fellow team members. - Passionate about providing high-quality patient care. **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Any color - Unacceptable Attire: - Sweatshirts - Sweatpants - Clothing with offensive pictures or wording **Onboarding Requirements:** - Must have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal and Child Abuse portions required) - No exceptions. - All background checks must be fully cleared prior to start - No instant or statewide searches accepted. - Mandatory reporter certification required (Child and Adult). - 10-panel drug test required (including opiates). - Titers must be within the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB). - Start dates available on Monday or Tuesday. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
