**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!** **Job Description:** - Position: Registered Nurse (ER) - Specialty: Emergency Room - Unit: GH ER - Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) - Schedule: Various days of the week **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care for both adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced ER environment. - Manage multiple patient assignments with varying acuity levels. - Adapt to changing patient volumes and department needs with agility and a positive attitude. - Float within scope to support patient care across like units as needed. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department (ED). - Certification in: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) - Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) - Willingness to work weekends as per unit needs. - First-time travelers are not accepted. - On-call duty is not required. - Charting system utilized: EPIC. - Scrub color required: Navy Blue. **Ideal Candidate:** - Experienced ED nurse who thrives in a bustling environment. - Enjoys caring for both adults and children. - Demonstrates the ability to integrate quickly into a team. - Maintains composure and a positive demeanor during high census periods. - Willingly contributes to support patient care and department flow. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
