Assistant Nurse Manager - Pediatric, PICU and NICU

LifeBridge Health seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for our inpatient Pediatric, PICU, and NICU units. In this role, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, supporting bedside teams to deliver safe, family-centered care for critically ill and high-risk infants and children. You will oversee daily unit workflow, staffing, and resource coordination, while mentoring nurses and promoting professional growth. The role includes monitoring quality and safety indicators, supporting performance improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and evidence-based standards. Collaborating closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, you will help shape practices that reflect LifeBridge Health's culture of collaboration, innovation, and community-focused, compassionate care.
