Job Opportunity – Nurse Leader / Manager – Birth Center – Colfax, WA 99111
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Colfax, Washington
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week guaranteed, 90-day assignment
Highlights:
- Lead and manage inpatient Labor & Delivery and postpartum departments in a birth center setting
- Provide operational and clinical nursing leadership with focus on best practices and workflow standardization
- Collaborate with leadership on budget management and resource utilization to achieve financial targets
- Participate as a member of core staffing to ensure safe and adequate staffing levels
- Salaried travel position with competitive all-inclusive weekly compensation package
Requirements:
- Active nursing license in Washington State or ability to obtain
- Nurse Leader / Manager certification required
- Birth center, Labor & Delivery, and/or postpartum nursing experience
- Leadership and management experience in perinatal services
- Knowledge of Washington State Department of Health standards and applicable regulations
