Job Details
- Position Description: RN specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) roles within a healthcare facilitys float pool, responsible for caring for patients across multiple ICU departments, including SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and CICU.
- Location: Portland, Maine.
- Shift: Nights; 12-hour shifts, with minimum hours per week of 36.0.
- Schedule: 7 am to 7:30 pm or 7 pm to 7:30 am; 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, 3 years of ICU experience, healthcare provider experience, associate degree or higher in Nursing, ability to float across ICU units.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, or Cardiac ICU.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be focused on outstanding patient care, team communication, and driven to excel both within the organization and personally. Flexibility to work in multiple ICU environments and adapt to different patient needs and assignments is essential. Scrub attire should be non-specific; open-toed shoes, jeans, and clothing with large logos or prints are not permitted.
