CRITICAL CARE DIRECTOR POSITION
WV License or Compact License
- Interim Critical Care Director to oversee CVICU, ICU and the future SICU
- 2 to 5 years of nurse manager or director experience
- BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred
- Experience (clinical or management) in the medical ICU and CVICU.
- CCRN
- Knowledge of Quality and Patient Outcomes, including but not limited to CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP, and Sepsis.
- Has lead quality improvement initiatives
- Has knowledge of Joint Commission readiness and CMS standards
- Budget development Productivity management
- Capital Budget planning
- ICU flow optimization
- Interdiscipclinary collaboration
- Integrate ICU care models across the various ICUs
- Proven success in leading cultural transformation
- Experience managing resistance across diverse teams
- Relationship & Influence skills
