Dialysis Unit, located in Iowa, is seeking a qualified healthcare professional for a temporary assignment. This role involves providing dialysis care to ICU and dialysis patients, with a focus on inpatient hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The position requires flexibility to float across multiple campuses and work under rotating shifts.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Active Iowa or multistate (compact) nursing license, American Heart Association BLS certification, 24 months of current dialysis experience including inpatient experience, experience with Fresenius machines, and EPIC EMR experience.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week, starting on 09/14/2026 and ending on 12/14/2026.
- Additional Information: The role involves working across all campuses with the requirement to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays. Weekend on-call rotations are scheduled with varying hours. The candidate will be responsible for dialysis procedures in a remote tele, ICU, and dialysis patient setting, with patient ratios of 2:1.
