Locations: Float between Iowa Methodist (5 beds) and Iowa Lutheran (2 beds)
Patients: ICU, tele, acute/chronic dialysis (AKI/ESRD)
Ratio: 2:1
Equipment: Fresenius 2008T, Baxter Homechoice Claria
Attire: Navy blue scrubs
Eligibility Rules
Radius: Must live 50+ miles away
UPH Policy: No UPH staff/PRN within past 12 months (past travelers allowed)
Experience: 24+ months inpatient dialysis (no first-time travelers)
