**Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - Case Management** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Travel RN - Case Management - **Schedule:** 8 AM - 5 PM, 13-week assignment - **Unit Information:** - **Location:** HCA Southeast - **Unit:** Case Management and Social Work Department - **Number of Beds:** Covers the entire hospital - **Number of Staff:** 22 professionals - Day Shift: - 10 Case Managers - 3 Social Workers - 2 Case Manager Assistants - 1 Manager - 1 Director - Night Shift: Not applicable - **Patient Ratios:** - 20-25 patients per RN - 50 patients per Social Worker - **Equipment Used:** - Computer - Phone - EMR: Meditech/Meditech Expanse (go-live on 8/13) - **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Required Skills:** - Must have 2 years of hospital Case Management experience - **Preferred Skills:** - Additional 2 years of hospital Case Management experience - **Personality Fit:** - Flexible and comfortable asking questions - **Typical Responsibilities:** - Discharge planning - Utilizing Interqual criteria for patient status confirmation - **Dress Code:** - Business casual attire; plain white lab coat may be worn if owned - **Floating Area(s):** - Potential to float to any med-surge unit or ICU unit if needed - **Weekends and On-call:** - No weekend requirement **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
