- Schedule: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM
- On-Call: 1 night per week and every 6th weekend
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,270 - $2,390
- Location: Mason City, Iowa 50401
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- No minimum years of Operating Room nursing experience required
- Ability to work scheduled day shifts and participate in on-call coverage
- Willingness to complete required onboarding and competency documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, skilled nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room
- Prepare the OR and support efficient patient flow throughout the surgical day
- Assist surgeons and the perioperative team during procedures
- Monitor patients closely before, during, and after surgery as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
- Respond to on-call needs according to the rotating travel nurse schedule
- Collaborate with the surgical services team to promote excellent patient outcomes
