- On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes, including 2 weekend days and 5 weekdays per month
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120-$2,230
- Start Date: July 13, 2026
- Contract Length: Approximately 20 weeks
- Charting System: HCHB experience preferred
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; home health experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with HCHB
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong assessment, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with an interdisciplinary care team
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Complete patient assessments and document care accurately and on time
- Perform wound care, medication management, and patient education
- Complete OASIS assessments and maintain compliance with agency and Medicare guidelines
- Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary home health team
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and independence in the home setting
