Required Experience
- 5 years of RN experience – Required
- 2 years of management/leadership experience – Required
- Experience in Women’s Care / Nursing Patient Care operations preferred
- Experience with quality improvement, staff competency, compliance, budgeting, and departmental operations
Required License & Education
- Active RN License – Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
Certifications
- BLS – Preferred
- ACLS – Preferred
- PALS – Preferred
- NRP – Preferred
- TNCC – Preferred
