Position Overview
Seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager with strong Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy experience to oversee clinical operations, staff, quality initiatives, scheduling, and patient care within assigned departments.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Alaska RN License – Required at submission
- 5 years of professional nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of staff RN experience in Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory/managerial experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Must be able to provide direct patient care when needed
