We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to support a busy Women and Infant unit in Breese, IL. This travel nursing assignment is designed for Registered Nurses who thrive in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery environment, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering excellent patient care throughout the birthing process.

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470-$2,600
Job Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license in hand
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery specialty experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Current Fetal Monitoring certification
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout the labor and delivery process
- Support physicians and care team members during deliveries and related procedures
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
- Educate and reassure patients and families throughout their maternity care experience
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
- Collaborate closely with the Women and Infant care team to promote positive outcomes
