Description
In this role, you will provide professional nursing care for acutely and critically ill patients, ensuring adherence to physician orders and established policies. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and leading ancillary staff. You will also monitor patients' conditions, perform necessary procedures, and maintain accurate health records. This position allows you to contribute to a safe and compassionate care environment while working within a supportive team.

- NRP required within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years ICU experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association required.
- Associate degree in Nursing, BSN strongly preferred.
- Specialty certifications required: CCRN.
- EMR System: Not specified.
- Successfully pass the background investigation and Employee Health.
- Two years of ICU clinical experience required.
- Valid nursing license from state of Arizona or another compact state.
