- Responsibilities include providing care to surgical patients and those with respiratory and cardiac conditions, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:2 depending on acuity.
- Orientation consists of hospital and unit-specific training, including in-service and competency assessments.
- Candidate may be required to float to OB, MS, PACU, and ER departments according to competency level.
- Emergency room experience is recommended.
