Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Home Healthcare
- Location: Portland, Maine
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, at least 2 years of experience in home health or relevant specialty, experience with Epic electronic health record system and OASIS assessments, and current CPR certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IV therapy, tube feeds, VAC dressings, compression wraps, port access, ostomies, chest tubes, urinary catheters, and lab draws.
- Additional Information: The case load involves managing 20-25 patients with around 5-6 visits daily. Clinicians will be provided with an agency laptop, iPhone, and necessary supplies, including vital signs equipment and INR machine. No overnight call, with callbacks 2-4 times monthly between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The role emphasizes collaboration, good communication, time management, and compliance with dress code standards (business casual or scrubs).
