Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Location: Not specified. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a Level 2 or Level 1 trauma center environment. The ER RN will play a critical role in managing acute patient needs and working collaboratively with the healthcare team during assigned shifts.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week, starting on 09/21/2026 and ending on 12/19/2026.
- Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of emergency department experience in a similar-sized emergency room and trauma level 2 or 1 facility, active VA or Compact license at the time of submission, current CPR certification (ACLS, BLS, PALS), Trauma Certification (ATCN, TNCC, or ATLC), active CPI certification required before start, prior Cerner experience strongly preferred.
- Additional Information: Prior travel experience in similar emergency settings is required. Assignments require working every other weekend; local candidates within 60 miles are not accepted. Must work every other weekend. IVS requires approval from the manager. Client can cancel up to 36 hours prior to shift due to census fluctuations.
- Submission Requirements: All RTO requests must be included in the candidate packet at the time of submission.
