Job Details
- Location: Tillamook, Oregon
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36-48 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor; 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience
- Essential Functions: Collects and analyzes patient data, develops a care plan, implements interventions, evaluates progress, and collaborates with the patient, family, and healthcare team. Provides patient education and participates in discharge planning. Delegates duties appropriately and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Organizational Requirements: All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable. Adventist Health participates in E-Verify.
