- Minimum 2 years Acute Care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience
- Hospital experience required; Behavioral Health experience does not qualify
- Seasoned traveler required — no first-time travelers
- Active California RN License required by start date
- Must be willing to work every other weekend based on department needs
- Patient ratio: Days 1:25 | Weekends 1:45
