• Call Requirements: 11-13 call days per month, including 1-2 weekends per month
• Location: Green Bay, WI
• License: Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license required

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience, preferably in Cath Lab, Cardiovascular, or acute care nursing
• Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact state eligibility
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to work day shifts with call coverage, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Flexibility to support patient care across two hospital campuses when on call
• RTO must be provided at the time of submission

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor patients throughout pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and recovery phases
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and high standards of clinical care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and the procedural care team
• Participate in call coverage, including weekends and holidays, as assigned
• Adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment while delivering efficient, patient-centered care
