The Nurse Manager for Labor and Delivery will oversee the operations of the Women’s Center, which runs 24-7. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with standards, and efficient departmental operations. The manager will lead a team, maintain performance improvement activities, and assist with budgeting. This position offers a dynamic work environment with the potential for evening and weekend responsibilities.
