As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will assess, coordinate, and deliver nursing care in a high-risk environment. You will provide direct patient care, educate families, and ensure smooth transitions during care. Your role involves developing individualized care plans and collaborating with healthcare teams to meet patient needs.
