**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team as an RN!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about maternal and child health? - Do you thrive in a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment? - If so, step into the role of Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, where you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of families! **Key Responsibilities:** - Circulate during labor and delivery procedures. - Float to Mother Baby and manage couplet care. - Support other units as a safety companion when needed. - Work closely with the healthcare team to assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions. - Create and implement patient and family education plans. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse). - Certification in American Heart Association BLS. - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (recertification required every 2 years). - Electronic Fetal Monitoring Series Certificate (or equivalent AWHONN approved course). - Competence and willingness to practice modified primary nursing. - Completion of 2 hours of initial cerebrovascular disease education. - Lactation RN must have certification in lactation consulting/counseling (CLC, IBCLC). **Preferred Qualifications:** - At least one year of labor and delivery experience. **Essential Skills:** - Excellent judgment, patience, and professionalism. - Ability to thrive in a busy and stressful environment. - Strong creativity, problem analysis, and decision-making abilities. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and after-hours. **Physical Requirements:** - Lifting (up to 50 pounds). - Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods. - Twisting, bending, stooping, kneeling as needed. - Fine finger movements for precise tasks. - Close visual acuity for data analysis and patient care. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
