🏥 About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care across labor & delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. This role requires a confident RN who can work independently in a rural setting and handle a wide range of obstetric cases.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
• Monitor and support labor & delivery processes
• Deliver newborn care using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Respond to emergent situations with clinical confidence
• Participate in rotational call coverage
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of LDRP / L&D RN experience
• Active Montana RN License (Required)
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications (Required)
• Comfortable working in a rural/remote setting
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience with Meditech EMR (Preferred)
