- Hospice, Home Health, or Palliative Care preferred
- BLS Certification
- Meditech EMR (HospiceSoft/Careficient preferred)
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Details:
- On-call: 1–3 shifts/week + 3 weekends during contract
- Holiday coverage required
- 45-minute response time while on call
