- Hours: 40 hrs/week
- Weekend: Rotating, typically every 4th–5th weekend
- Call: One weekend on-call/month + one evening on-call/week
- Required: BLS (AHA), RN License
- Experience: Recent Home Health experience within 2 years
- Required Skills: OASIS documentation, wound care, infection control
- Patient Types: Home Health & Hospice; CHF, diabetes, renal disease, wounds, IV therapy, drains/devices
- Typical Workload: ~6 points/day; SOCs, recerts, resumptions required
- Floating: RN will work both Home Health and Hospice
