Description: Position: Home Health RN
Shift: 0800-1630, every 5th weekend required
No float, No call RequiredWeekend: every 5th weekend
Need to be proficient in PICC, Port, trach, Pleurx and patient
education Required familiarity with Medicare guidelines related to Homecare and able to complete OASIS documentation Required Certifications:-BLSAdult Home Health Experince Required Epic Experience REQUIRED1 Year Experience Required,
