Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse, located within the healthcare setting, is responsible for providing urgent and critical care to patients in the emergency department. This role involves assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring timely interventions to promote patient safety and recovery. The position requires a commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: 12-hour evening shifts from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm, with every other weekend scheduled.
- Required Qualifications: Massachusetts license, 2+ years of relevant experience, BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA, PALS or ENPC certifications, Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience.
- Schedule: Evenings, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates must pass cardiac rhythm and medication tests administered prior to assignment via Zoom Protector meeting, with a required passing score of 85%. Applicants who have worked for the healthcare provider as travel, permanent, or per diem within the last six months are ineligible to apply.
- Preferred Qualifications: TNCC and MAB certifications.
