Job Details
- Position Description: Provides patient-centered emergency nursing care, supervising and coordinating activities of nursing staff and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote health and safety.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; AHA-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; 1 year of experience in emergency care.
- Schedule: Rotating shift; 8 hours per shift; minimum 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment findings, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient progress, and participating in discharge planning. Delegation and coordination of healthcare team duties are essential.
