Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Kansas City, MO 64114
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; On-call required; 94-day assignment through December 24, 2026
Highlights:
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations in a cardiovascular laboratory setting
- Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures
- Collaborate continuously with physicians regarding patient condition and procedural needs
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- 12-hour orientation provided to ensure successful integration into the team
Requirements:
- Active state RN license required
- BSN preferred
- Current BCLS (AHA) required; ACLS certification required upon start and must maintain current
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab performing cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care setting
- Strong assessment skills related to procedure room and equipment functioning and readiness
