**Join Our Team as a Cardiac Cath Lab RN!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate RN ready to make a difference in patients' lives? - We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Cardiac Cath Lab with: - **Day Shift** with On-Call Rotation - **Call Frequency:** One night a week and one weekend a month **Essential Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to care for patients. - Perform comprehensive assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies, and state laws. - Ensure all documentation is accurate and comprehensive, adhering to established standards of care. - Develop and execute individualized patient plans of care, as prescribed by the physician. - Provide education to patients and families, tailoring information to their understanding. - Participate in performance improvement activities, fostering shared governance. - Utilize clinical expertise to support the patients' longitudinal plan of care. - Engage in resolving system breakdowns, providing solutions collaboratively. - Promote patient safety and a positive patient experience, managing complex situations effectively. - Support continuous learning and development, contributing to evidence-based practice guidelines. - Participate in peer review and feedback opportunities within the professional nursing continuum. - Maintain a timely flow of patients, respond to calls, and perform telephone triage. **Education and Experience:** - Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Education Verification Required) - Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, including 1 year of critical care experience - Required Cardiovascular Intervention experience - Current WI or Compact RN licensure - Current BLS and ACLS certifications - Must successfully pass an EKG test **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
