Requirements

- BLS required
- Active Blue Card / CPI certification required to submit
- Experience in Adult Psychiatric / Behavioral Health
- Strong assessment skills for psychiatric disorders, substance use, and behavioral issues
- Experience developing individualized mental health care plans
- Knowledge of psychiatric/psychotropic medications and medication management
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation experience
- Strong therapeutic communication skills
- Ability to recognize changes in mental status and patient behavior
