Requirements:
- 3+ years of RN experience
- Behavioral health experience in a locked setting
- BLS (AHA)
- Handle with Care (HWC) — can be completed onsite if needed
- BSN preferred
Patient Population: Adults 18+ with behavioral health and legal histories, preparing for community placement.
Key Experience: Bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, major depression, substance abuse, and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD.
Other Details:
- Patient ratio: approximately 1:9
- No call requirement
- No floating
- EHR: Cerner
