Direct Hire | Full-Time | Evening Shift
Facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time evening position. This opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to provide individualized, resident-centered care within a collaborative long-term care environment.
Position Overview
• Permanent, full-time role
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour evening shifts
• Long-term care and skilled nursing setting
• May serve as Charge Nurse as needed
Shift Details
• Evening shift
• 8-hour shifts
• 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM
• 40 scheduled hours per week
Compensation & Incentives
• Hourly range: $32.00 – $48.00 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide individualized nursing care utilizing the nursing process
• Perform resident assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate resident care and provide patient and family education
• Administer treatments and nursing interventions according to established standards
• Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
• Support safe, effective, and compassionate resident care delivery
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations
• Function within the Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing standards
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota or multistate compact licensure
• Ability to maintain required competencies and certifications
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
