Description
As a Wound Care Nurse, you will provide expert care to patients with wounds and ostomies under the supervision of the Wound and Ostomy Manager. Your responsibilities include conducting health assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. You will educate patients and families on prevention and care strategies while participating in quality improvement initiatives. This role requires a commitment to culturally competent care and the ability to adapt to various patient needs.
