• Call Requirements: None
• Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)

• Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only, Must have 4 trauma credits OR must have them completed within the first two weeks from start, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start)

• Preferred Certifications: ACLS from AHA only
• Years of Experience: 1 year tele
• Float Requirements: will float on a rotational basis

• Number of Beds: varies
• Patient Ratios: varies. Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees)
• Equipment: varies
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Tele, inpatient only; Experience and competence in drug titration.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma, inpatient only
• Type of Patients on Unit: varies by unit
• Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible

• Any unacceptable attire: Torn clothes, open toed shoes, not wearing scrubs

Auto Offer Guidelines:

• Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form

• Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form

• RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment.

• Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment

• Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week
