**Join Our Dynamic Team as a MS/Telemetry RN on Night Shift!** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with a flair for critical thinking and patient care? - We invite you to embark on an exciting 13-week travel assignment that allows you to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment! **Job Highlights:** - **Shift:** Night Shift, 7 PM - 7:30 AM - **Schedule:** 3/12's with 6 weekend shifts per 6-week rotation - **Work Environment:** Float Pool position requires flexibility to float between departments and multiple facilities **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional patient care by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in delivering safe and effective care to patients. - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training. - Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of the available staff. - Supervise and provide direction to personnel delivering patient care. **Requirements:** - Current Arizona RN license - BLS and ACLS certification - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience - Strong experience with Cerner EMR is required - Ability to work with a patient ratio of 6:1 - Dress code: Any Scrub Color **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
