Job Requirements

• Current RN license with compact license accepted where applicable
• Telemetry nursing, cardiac care, or acute care experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• NIHSS preferred
• Travel nurse experience preferred
• Must be able to complete Dysrhythmia and Basic Math testing prior to start
• Experience with EPIC preferred
• Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled telemetry nursing care for adults and geriatric patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient condition promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to patient needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support smooth transitions of care
• Float to the same level of care when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Use common clinical equipment such as IV pumps, bladder scanners, and glucometers
• Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment
